It is very important that you know the area you are planning for your event is suitable for installing a tent. You will need to add an additional 5 feet to the tent perimeter to allow for proper installation (example: 20’x30’ tent would need 30’x40’ area). Installation must be on a flat, grassy area. NO EXCEPTIONS. We kindly ask that all site preparation is complete prior to installation; mowing, weed-eating, etc.
You are responsible for the condition and safe use of all rental equipment. Any damage incurred to any rental equipment is the responsibility of the customer.
So that removal of all rental equipment is accomplished quickly and efficiently, tents, tables and chairs should be clear of decorations and free of garbage. All rented equipment should be placed under the tent to assure all equipment is accounted for. We will take care of the rest!
Making a reservation has never been easier! Click on the Request Availability tab to enter the details of your event and the equipment needed, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt to confirm equipment availability, and provide an estimate of services requested. Need something right away, call us! Searching for an item you don’t see in our catalog, call us! We are always adding to our inventory.
Creek Road Rentals LLC may provide delivery, installation, and take-down of rented equipment for your event. Rental price of equipment is for 24 hours unless otherwise contracted. Creek Road Rentals offers FREE local delivery for those reservations within 10 Round-Trip miles of our location. Any delivery over 10 Round-trip miles will be charged a delivery fee. Some equipment/party supply is available for customer pickup, while other items are delivery only. Please inquire when making your reservation.
A deposit in the amount of 50% of the Invoice total, and a signed Invoice & Rental Agreement are required to reserve your equipment. Return one signed copy of your Invoice & Rental Agreement with your deposit to Creek Road Rentals LLC. Your reservation is not complete until both signed Invoice & Rental Agreement AND deposit have been received. Any balance due is required prior to delivery or pickup. We accept Cash, Check, or Credit as well as payment by phone.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable. Payments received, less your deposit, are refundable if cancellation is made 4 weeks prior to reservation date. Inflatable reservations do not follow the same cancellation policy.

As news of the coronavirus continues, we want to reassure you, that we are committed to providing our customers the best service as possible. With so many uncertainties, we are taking this one day at a time. For those who have been impacted by the virus, our thoughts and prayers go out to each of you and your families.

Some questions you may have regarding 2020/2021 reservations and events:

Until further notice, our office will be open to the public by appointment only. The safety of our customers and our community is our number one priority. We will still be available by phone and/or email, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to speak to us regarding any questions you may have.

Our normal cancellation policy will not apply for any event scheduled in the 2020/2021 season. No deposits will be lost. Any event that must cancel, will be issued a credit for a future reservation, with no expiration date.

If your event date must change, we will reschedule it, no questions asked. If we have the equipment, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you and your requests. Those events that have already paid their deposit and have to reschedule, will have first choice.
