What if I need to cancel my reservation?
In the event of a cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable. Payments received, less your deposit, are refundable if cancellation is made 4 weeks prior to reservation date. Inflatable reservations do not follow the same cancellation policy.
Some questions you may have regarding 2020/2021 reservations and events:
Until further notice, our office will be open to the public by appointment only. The safety of our customers and our community is our number one priority. We will still be available by phone and/or email, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to speak to us regarding any questions you may have.
Our normal cancellation policy will not apply for any event scheduled in the 2020/2021 season. No deposits will be lost. Any event that must cancel, will be issued a credit for a future reservation, with no expiration date.
If your event date must change, we will reschedule it, no questions asked. If we have the equipment, we will do our absolute best to accommodate you and your requests. Those events that have already paid their deposit and have to reschedule, will have first choice.
Don’t wait to make your reservations! Now more than ever, it is important to contact us with your plans for the upcoming months. As we move into the new year, we anticipate our spring & summer schedule to fill quickly, so please continue to contact us and make sure your reservation is completed.
